Jane Henry – TFT-ADV

Hello. I am a Nottingham-based Therapeutic Coach and Trainer with more than 20 years’ experience, providing my clients with TFT and other results-focussed applications.

I work with individuals on a 1:1 basis in person and over Skype. I also train corporate groups and school groups in managing emotions in times of stressful change.

Earlier in my career I was a senior managing accountant in the financial sector. Later, when I joined Age Concern as a Project Manager, where I created and developed a highly successful ‘ageing well’ programme, which was ‘rolled out’ across the UK. My volunteering roles have included training National Trust staff and volunteers in visitor care and wellbeing and helping at a women’s refuge in Nottinghamshire, delivering counselling and coaching support.

I first experienced Thought Field Therapy many years ago, after spending a lot of time and money trying different ways to quit smoking, all without success. TFT was amazing – it worked so well for me that I lost the craving completely! It also helped when I experienced work pressures and workplace bullying.

Today, as a qualified and experienced practitioner and trainer, I am totally convinced of TFT’s value and do all I can to help in its promotion, across the UK and internationally. I am proud to be recognised and licensed by Callahan Techniques® as the TFT Boot Camp Trainer for England.

Using the knowledge and skills acquired over 20+ years, I use TFT and other results-focussed applications to provide my clients with the expertise and tools they need to help themselves – ‘empowerment through self-knowledge’. I find it truly heart-warming to see the change these tools can make in people’s lives.
