Would significantly reducing the negative effects of stress help heal your personal, emotional, and physical concerns? As your personal counselor, I am committed to helping you eliminate the negative impact stress is having on your personal, emotional, and physical well being. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have worked in the counseling field for over four decades. I am committed to helping individuals learn how to activate their own inner healing resources to eliminate the negative effects of stress.

REDUCING PERSONAL STRESS = PERSONAL WELL- BEING

The Stress Healing Center utilizes Thought Field Therapy in conjunction with several other innovative approaches to access our inner healing resources to transform the negative effects of stress. I am a TFT-Adv. practitioner.

The Community of  Compassionate Helpers

We are all called on to be helpers, in many different ways, places, and times. Whether it be with our work, family, or the next person we meet. A helping attitude sets a course that can change lives. The greatest gift we can give to another is our compassionate attention.

The Community of Compassionate Helpers is for those who are helping others build their inner strengths. Self-compassion is the foundation. Healing personal stress is the first step towards experiencing compassion, for yourself and for others. This program is a community service sponsored by the Stress Healing Center, and is open to all. There are no fees. Voluntary donations from participants will continue to support the program. Available in individual and group. For more information about the program, please contact
